Pay:

Hours: 

  • Full-Time

  • 8-hour shift

Requirements: 

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in project management, preferably in design, print, or production.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office. Experience in Quickbooks is a plus.

  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

  • Attitude: Positive with a "Yes" mentality toward internal and external customers.

  • Commitment: Dedicated to quality and open to feedback.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills.

  • Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal direction.

  • Must have a valid driver's license.

  • Must be willing to submit to a background check.

Summary:

The Project Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of projects for customers or management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones.

  • Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, print, production, and installation teams.

  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets.

  • Timeline Management: Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed.

  • Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet high standards.

  • Client Communication: Serve as main contact, providing updates and managing expectations.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports.

  • Professionalism: Manage clients through workflow processes.

  • Ability to Handle Upset Customers: Communicate effectively with demanding clients.

  • Tracking Jobs: Monitor progress using company tools.

  • Software Use: Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Ability to learn company workflow software.

  • Customer Service: Resolve billing, order status, and inquiries promptly.

  • Adaptability: Adjust to procedural changes.
